For the past twenty-years, I have worked in the construction industry, and for the past twelve-years, I've owned and operated my own successful small residential remodeling busess.
Since being in the Construction business for a long time, I have become more familiar with the Real Estate market to include property I have purchased, rehabilitated and sold during the last four-years. Involvement with mortgage brokers has become more of what I have accomplished to help obtain 80%-100% loans to include seller financing arrangements as well.
An opportunity with Keller Williams Realty allows me to increase my knowledge and enthusiasm which is part of what I do when closing a deal.
